All about Mrs. Lane
Hi! I am so excited for my first year at Vadnais Heights & the White Bear Lake District! This will be my 6th year teaching Kindergarten but my 8th year teaching! I love kindergarten, and I cannot wait for our exciting year of fun and learning together!
I was born and raised in Clarion, Iowa. Along with my parents and step- mom,I have a brother, a step-brother and a step-sister. While in high school I was a cheerleader, dancer and singer! I went to Waldorf College (now University), in Forest City, Iowa- where I worked on my Elementary Education degree along with specialties in Reading, Special Education and Coaching! While in college I had a scholarship for cheerleading!
I have been with my husband for 12 years, married for almost 7! We moved to the Twin Cities when he accepted his teaching job at South Campus as an English teacher. We love to travel together, we took 30 White Bear high school students to the UK in June and in July we spent two weeks in South Africa! We also enjoy going to movies, concerts and spending time with friends!
Along with being a teacher. I work part time at a bridal store selling wedding gowns!
